ADHD Hybrid Testing

At IPCC, we offer the hybrid evaluation process for ADHD testing. The hybrid model combines the convenience of virtual care with the depth and accuracy of in-office assessment—to provide a comprehensive and personalized experience.

ADHD Testing

Testing for Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder is a multi-step process that evaluates behavior, cognitive ability, and executive functioning across home and school settings. It combines clinical interviews, rating scales from parents/teachers, and results from standardized assessments. This comprehensive evaluation gives parents the clarity, direction, and plan on how to effectively support their child’s needs.

Step 1 Consultation

Schedule a free 15-minute phone consultation with Dr. Morgan. During this consultation call she will listen to your concerns and ask some initial screening questions.

Step 2 Paperwork

Before your clinical intake appointment is scheduled, you will receive a welcome email linking you to our online portal and intake packet, informed consent, notice of privacy policies, and practice paperwork.

Step 3 Rating Scales

Next, standardized rating scales are completed by parents, teachers, and/or the child to gather insight across settings prior to the intake. Parents will upload relevant medical records and/or school documents at this step as well.

Step 4 Virtual Intake Appointment with Dr. Morgan

After all paperwork and rating scales are complete, a one-on-one virtual intake appointment is scheduled to understand concerns, developmental history, and current functioning of your child.

Step 5 Virtual Cognitive Testing

Following the intake appointment, a virtual cognitive testing session is scheduled. Select portions of testing are completed remotely to maximize convenience while maintaining clinical integrity.

Step 6 In-Office Testing and Feedback Session

Lastly, we complete targeted, hands-on cognitive and executive functioning assessments in person to ensure accuracy and depth. Same-day feedback sessions may be offered of which Dr. Morgan will review results with you in a clear, supportive way, along with personalized recommendations.
