Do you accept insurance? 

IPCC is an out-of-network provider. Clients can submit a superbill to their insurance company for possible reimbursement at the conclusion of services or at client request.

What ages do you evaluate? 

Children and adolescents ages 6–18 years old.  

What types of evaluations do you provide? 

Comprehensive ADHD, Autism, and Emotional, Behavioral, and Trauma evaluations.

What is the turnaround time on reports? 

Comprehensive ADHD, Autism have a report turnaround time of about 4-6 weeks. Reports for emotional, Behavioral, and Trauma evaluations are typically complete within 2-3 weeks. 

Do I need a referral from my child’s pediatrician? 

No referral is required, although referrals are welcome. 

Do you prescribe medication? 

No. IPCC provides assessment, diagnosis, and recommendations only.

What is your Cancellation and No-Show Policy? 

Sessions cancelled with more than 48 hours notice do not incur a charge.

Missed or “no-show” sessions and sessions cancelled within 48 hours of the session incur a missed session fee equivalent to the full session rate. 

A session is also considered a “no-show” or missed session if a client arrives more than 20 minutes late, due to insufficient time to adequately complete services.
