At Insight Behavioral Health & Assessment, we offer the hybrid evaluation process for ADHD testing. The hybrid model combines the convenience of virtual care with the depth and accuracy of in-office assessment—to provide a comprehensive and personalized experience.

Step 1 Consultation

Schedule a free 15-minute phone consultation with Dr. Morgan. During this consultation call she will listen to your concerns and ask some initial screening questions.

Step 2 Paperwork

Before your diagnostic appointment is scheduled, you will receive a welcome email linking you to our online portal and intake packet, informed consent, notice of privacy policies, and practice paperwork. Next, standardized rating scales are completed by parents, teachers, and/or the client to gather insight across settings. Finally, upload relevant records, and reports. 

Step 3 Virtual Diagnostic Appointment with Dr. Morgan

After all paperwork is complete, a one-on-one virtual diagnostic appointment is scheduled to understand concerns, developmental history, and current functioning of your child.

Step 4 Virtual Cognitive Testing

Following the diagnostic appointment, a virtual cognitive testing session is scheduled. Select portions of testing are completed remotely to maximize convenience while maintaining clinical integrity.

Step 5 In-Office Testing and Feedback Session

Lastly, we complete targeted, hands-on cognitive and executive functioning measures in person to ensure accuracy and depth. We offer same-day feedback sessions where Dr. Morgan will review results with you in a clear, supportive way, along with personalized recommendations.

Step 4 In-Office Diagnostic Assessment

Gold-standard, interactive measures are administered in person to evaluate cognitive functioning, social communication and behavior.

Step 5 Feedback

The feedback session is a dedicated meeting where we review the results of your child’s comprehensive autism evaluation in a clear, supportive, and personalized way. Dr. Morgan will highlight your child’s strengths as well as areas of need. You will also receive clear, individualized recommendations for home, school, and therapeutic support.

After all paperwork is complete, a virtual diagnostic appointment is scheduled to further assess and understand behavioral, emotional, and social functioning. The child’s background information and history will be gathered during this session as well.

Step 4 Feedback

The feedback session is a dedicated meeting where we review the results of your child’s evaluation. The family will also receive clear, individualized recommendations for home, school, and therapeutic support.
